Q. WHY ARE NAUGHTY MONKEYZZ PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?

A. We only sell high quality branded products which are skin safe however reasonably priced and discreetly packed for your privacy.

Q. HOW DISCREET ARE YOUR PACKAGING?

A. We ship in plain brown packaging and bill discreetly under our trading name NM. We never fish and will never give out your details to other companies. what is inside them is completely unidentifiable to the postman, or anyone else who comes into contact with the package- only you know what is enclosed. We respect your privacy.

Q. ARE LUBRICANT AND SKIN PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE?

A. Jelly and latex are porous, difficult to clean, and can cause allergic reactions in some people, therefore we advise you to check if you are allergic to them, thus not to purchase them. We tend to sell far more products that are manufactured with the best materials – silicone, glass or metal…

Q. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR HEART PROBLEM SUFFERERS?

A. We do warn against the use of penis rings, such as the LELO Bo since these restrict blood flow. However sexual activity is generally considered to be safe and healthy, but if you are concerned please speak to your doctor.

Q. HOW DO I CARE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ?

A. As with all rechargeable batteries, it is best to let them run down from time to time: keeping a battery on charge constantly can reduce its life. We recommend fully charging the product before your first use.

Q. MAILING LIST - NEWSLETTER ..ARE MY DATA SAFE

A. We will never send any marketing materials (such as brochures) to your address unless you specifically ask to be sent our brochures and offer details. We never add you to any marketing lists for other companies. You will be added to our mailing only if you sign up to receive our products updates and information or take part to our online reward or affiliate programs; however, it is easy to opt out by unsubscribing. Look for the unsubscribe link in the newsletters email you will receive after you have signed on to receive them.
