Returns Policy

We are a reputable retailer and we will happily replace any faulty products within their warranty.At Naughty Monkeyzz, we are not happy until you are, which is why we offer 14 days returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please be sure that you carefully read the instructions supplied with your product before reporting it as faulty. Whilst we only supply products from top quality manufacturers, we do occasionally encounter faulty items. It is, however, important that you contact us prior to returning a faulty item as we can offer fix problems over the telephone or by email. If you return an item without contacting us first, and it is subsequently found not to be faulty, we may ask for the return postage before returning it to you.

For damaged items due to our fault, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, free of charge.

Please ensure that all items are well packed before returning it to us and we recommend that you obtain our free proof of postage in case it get lost in transit. Once we have processed your refund or replacement, you may get rid of your Free proof of postage. Please make sure that the reason for returning is stated , who is returning it and a copy of the invoice.

Not covered in Policy

  • Damaged caused by neglect, wear and tear or misuse will not be refunded nor exchanged.

  • Worn & soiled Lingerie and items of clothing are not refundable and not exchangeable

  • Any discrepancy or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered and return within 14 days after receipt

  • Please ensure you use our free returns postal service. We are unable to refund any cost of postage if not used

For International customers, we are unable to refund the postage for any faulty items or damaged delivery. We may in some circumstances refund if the item is faulty not if you change your mind.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty,clearly list the details of the faults you are having with your item. Unless the fault is clear to see, you may wish to call our Customer Services team beforehand as the issue may be associated with remotes or battery compartments that have a trick to them.

Unused Items: Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty). Any wrapping, packaging and/or leaflets and instructions must be intact. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will handled and processed your request as soon as possible and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse.

Please return all leaflets, cards, instruction manuals and packaging with your order (even if it is faulty) as we may not be able to process your replacement without this information.

Open items: please make sure that the goods are returned in original condition & packaging. Returned Items will be photographed when we receive them to help with processing. If we find that the item is not in a faulty condition we will return it to you at your expense.

Lingerie: you are of course able to try this on for size but please wear your own underwear underneath as we will not be able to accept soiled or damaged items of this type for a refund or exchange. Please retain the original packaging otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.

Upon receipt of your returned parcel back at our warehouse ,we will process your choice of a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. This usually is within 30 days but could be sooner. To check on the status of your returned parcel please contact with your order number. Once submitted, refunds will take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Please return any damaged or faulty item to us for a refund or replacement. If your order include special items, you will need to return all of the special Offers items. Special Offers linked to a non Special Offers items should be returned if the non Special Offers item is to be returned. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of the Special Offers items from your refund.

Special Offers with codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other code promotions.
